Siete degli amanti del canottaggio? Non avete idea di cosa sia però avete voglia di provare? In entrambi i casi, questa è l'occasione che fa per voi!!! Venite Domenica 25/05 alle ore 11:00 al Circolo Canottieri Saturnia (Viale Miramare, 36) per una giornata all'insegna di questo fantastico sport!
Dopo un corso introduttivo tenuto dal coach Sebastiano Panteca, potrete partecipare all'ERASMUS INDOOR ROWING CUP: una regata "indoor" in palestra sui simulatori di voga (sulla distanza di 1000 metri o 500 metri). Non mancate!
NB: La partecipazione all'evento è GRATUITA (serve solo avere la Tessera ESN)! E ricordate che il canottaggio non è solo uno sport maschile
(Se poi in futuro vorrete iscrivervi al "corso amatori" al Circolo Saturnia, grazie alla tessera ESN avrete uno sconto di 10 Euro: 3 ore di allenamento a settimana al prezzo di 40 Euro al mese invece che 50!)

Are you rowing lovers? Or you don't even know what rowing is, but you would like to give it a shot? In both cases this is the chance you were waiting for!!! Come to the Circolo Canottieri Saturnia (Viale Miramare, 36) on Sunday 25/05 and learn everything about this wonderful sport!
After an introductory course held by coach Sebastiano Panteca, you'll take part to the ERASMUS INDOOR ROWING CUP: an indoor rowing race using a rowing tank (race distance will be 1000m or 500m).
NB: You can participate for FREE (you only need the ESN Card)! And always keep in mind that rowing is not a guys-only sport
(With the ESN Card you also have a 10 Euro discount if you want to enroll in the "amateur course" offered by the Circolo Saturnia: 3 hours of training every week will cost you 40 Euro per month instead of 50!)
