Ore 10.30 - Edificio H3, aula 1B (Campus Piazzale Europa) 
Il benvenuto formale dell'Università di Trieste è anche l'incontro più importante per capire come orientarsi nelle pratiche burocratiche del tuo Erasmus!

Ore 12:00 – Università (Sede Centrale)
ESN Trieste vi porta a scoprire gli edifici e le strutture del Campus Piazzale Europa dell'Università di Trieste. Saremo disponibili a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere anche le facoltà non presenti nel Campus centrale.

Ore 19.00 - Bar Costa (Viale XX Settembre, 24)
Il lunedì sera è il momento dell'aperitivo Tandem al Bar Costa: diverse lingue da parlare, spritz, un ricco buffet e tante nuove persone da conoscere!

Il Tour Utile toccherà tutti i punti che dovreste conoscere per risolvere problemi pratici e burocratici: Agenzia delle Entrate (per ottenere il Codice Fiscale), stazioni dei pullman e dei treni, Posta centrale, Questura (per le pratiche connesse al Permesso di Soggiorno per i cittadini di Stati non-UE).

Ore 19:00 – Pizzeria O’Scugnizzo (Via Battisti 19)
Dicono che noi italiani troviamo in ogni occasione un pretesto per mangiare; e quindi non potevamo non dedicare una serata a uno dei nostri piatti tipici: la pizza! Ci troveremo alle ore 19:00 alla pizzeria O'Scugnizzo in via Battisti, dove per soli 10euro avremo pizza e bibita inclusa (con l'aggiunta di 1euro se volete la birra grande!)

Ore 23.00 - Discoteca Mandracchio (Passo di Piazza Antonio Fonda Savio, 1) 
Dopo la pizzata ci sposteremo tutti assieme al "Mandracchio", la discoteca in Piazza Unità, per il "be Erasmus" Party: una serata all'insegna del divertimento in pieno stile Erasmus!

ESN Trieste vi porta a scoprire un po' la storia di questa città, che dai tempi pre-romani ai giorni nostri ha tante storie da raccontare: un breve giro del centro storico alla scoperta delle bellezze e delle storie della città.

Ore 20:45 – Molo Audace
Per la WelcomeWeek non poteva mancare una serata nella discoteca più esclusiva di Trieste: la Diga! Siete pronti a scatenarvi in pista? Il ritrovo è alle 20:45 sul Molo Audace, dove ci attenderà la barca che ci porterà sulla Diga. L'ingresso in tavolo è di 10 euro (bevande comprese) SOLO esibendo il braccialetto, quindi siate siate puntuali!

Non poteva di certo mancare lo sport! ESN ti offre la possibilità di passare una mattinata con altri studenti Erasmus e con noi ESNers, giocando a calcio, basket e pallavolo! Portate DUE BIGLIETTI per l’autobus. Visto che giocheremo all'aperto, in caso di mal tempo l'evento potrebbe essere annullato.

16:30 - Fontana Viale XX Settembre
Se volete conoscere da vicino una delle tante “originali” realtà della nostra Trieste, non potete mancare all'evento SocialErasmus “Rose, che passione”,dove insieme ai volontari di TriesteAltruista ci dedicheremo a curare le rose nel magnifico parco di San Giovanni.
Ricordate di portare due biglietti dell'autobus.

Ore 23:00 – Ausonia Beach Club, Riva Traiana 1
Cosa c'è di meglio che cominciare il weekend con un super party? ESN Trieste vi invita nella fantastica location dell’Ausonia Beach Club, dove festeggeremo fino a notte fonda ballando su una terrazza sopra il mare. Portate la vostra ESN CARD, con la quale entrerete gratis fino a mezzanotte.

░░░░░CASTELLO DI MIRAMARE░░░░░
Ore 14:00 - Piazza Oberdan
Vi porteremo a visitae il bellissimo Castello di Miramare e il suo parco. È uno dei simboli della città e fu voluto attorno alla metà dell'Ottocento dall'arciduca Massimiliano d'Asburgo per abitarvi insieme alla consorte Carlotta del Belgio. Da qui potrete godere di una meravigliosa vista di Trieste e di tutto il Golfo. 
Portate due biglietti per il bus.

Ore 8:45 – Stazione Centrale
Pronti per passare una giornata alla scoperta della meravigliosa Venezia? Con un tour guidato assieme agli amici di ESN Venezia passeggeremo tra calli, ponti e gondole per arrivare alla fantastica Piazza S.Marco!

Potete passare ad iscrivervi nel nostro Ufficio ESN (Edificio principale dell'Università, ala destra, 2° piano), da lunedì 14 a venerdì 18 settembre con i seguenti orari: 10.00-12.00 / 15.00-17.00.
Dal 21 settembre in poi saremo aperti dal lunedì al giovedì ore 15.00-17.00.

▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓MONDAY 21/09▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

10.30am - H3 building, room 1B (Main University campus)
The formal welcome of the University of Trieste, which is also the most important meeting in order to understand how to fill your Erasmus documents.

░░░░░CAMPUS TOUR░░░░░
12:00am – University Campus
ESN brings you around the main university campus in Piazzale Europa. We will be there to answer all your questions and to explain where the other buildings or facilities are.

░░░░░TANDEM @ BAR COSTA░░░░░ 
7.00pm - Bar Costa (Viale XX Settembre, 24)
Your Monday evening is the perfect moment to improve your language skills during our Tandem @ Bar Costa! You can speak different languages, you can drink Spritz and eat something from our buffet and, the last but not the least, you can meet new friends!

ESN Trieste will show you all the places where you can solve your bureaucratic and practical problems: tax office (in order to get your tax code), railway station and bus station, the main post office, the Police Headquarters (if you are non-European citizens you need the permit of stay)

░░░░░PIZZATA░░░░░
7:00pm - Pizzeria O’Scugnizzo (Via Battisti 19)
People say that Italians always try to find a pretext to eat: so we decided to spend an evening to eat one of our famous specialities: the pizza! We will meet at 7:00pm @ Pizzeria O'Scugnizzo, with only €10 we can eat pizza and have a drink (for a bigger drink you can pay €1 in addition)

░░░░░BE ERASMUS PARTY @ MANDRACCHIO░░░░░
Ore 23.00 - Discoteca Mandracchio (Passo di Piazza Antonio Fonda Savio, 1) 
After the pizzata we will go all together to "Mandracchio", a disco very close to Piazza Unità: you will have fun in a very Erasmus way!

For our Welcome Week we decided to organize a party in the most exclusive disco of Trieste: the Diga! Are you ready to enjoy on the dance floor? We will meet at 8:45pm on the Molo Audace, where there will be a boat that will take us to the Diga. 
The entrance and the drink cost €10 (Please don't be late, you can enter only with the bracelet that we give you on the Molo Audace)

A tipical italian Aperitivo wih all your buddies.

And after all these parties why don't you take break and come with us to do some sport?
ESN Trieste offers you the chance to play basketball, volleyball and soccer all together!

If you want to know one of the many "original" realities of our Trieste, don't miss our SocialErasmus event "Rose, che passione"! With the volunteers of TriesteAltruista we will take care of the roses of our wonderful San Giovanni Park.
Please bring two bus tickets.

11:00pm – Ausonia Beach Club, Riva Traiana 1
We begin our weekend with a super party! ESN Trieste invites you to the Ausonia Beach Club, where we will give a warm welcome to you late into the night! Please bring your ESN CARD (you can enter with no charge until midnight)

 

▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓SATURDAY 26/09▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

░░░░░TRIP TO MIRAMARE░░░░░
2pm - Piazza Oberdan
We will show you the wonderful Castle of Miramare and its gardens. It is one of the main symbols of Trieste and it was built by the emperor Maximilian of Habsburg, in order to live there with his wife Charlotte. From this castle you will enjoy the view of the gulf and of the whole city.
Please, bring 2 bus tickets.

 

▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓SUNDAY 27/09▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

Are you ready to discover the wonderful Venice? With the help of our friends of ESN Venezia we will walk along narrow Venetian streets, bridges and gondolas in order to arrive to the fantastic Piazza S. Marco!
