ICE with ESN Trieste

Do you want to enjoy the beauties of the Eternal City? Do you want to discover the history of Rome? Are you ready to have the time of your life? Do you want to visit the Colosseum and throw a coin in the Trevi's fountain? Do you want to meet more than 2000 Erasmus students from all over Italy? Then ICE is the event you were looking for! 
Every year ESN Italy organizes ICE, the Erasmus cultural meeting, with 4 days of culture and fun in the beautiful Italian capital. 

SCHEDULE:
-Departure from Trieste on Thursday, November 11th.
-The meeting point is at the central station at 7.50 am (the departure is at 8.10am); arrival in Rome at around 14.05 pm and check-in at the hotel.
-On Thursday there will be the opening day where you will have the opportunity to meet Erasmus from all over Italy. During the day of Friday there will be a GUIDED TOUR OF ROME and in the evening, if this is possible, there will be a PARTY(more info coming soon). On Saturday you can participate in the FLAG PARADE, a parade that will cross the streets of our beautiful Capital and the evening will continue with a visit to a museum/exhibition with the extraordinary opening at night 
-The return to Trieste will be on Sunday, November 14th (departure from Rome at 14.55pm and arrival in Trieste at 20.53 pm).

The FEE is 225€ and INCLUDES:
- Round trip train tickets
- Three nights in a hotel (tourist tax included)
- Guided tour of the city centre
- Subway tickets to move around in Rome
- Visit of a museum / exhibition 
- Party night 

-> The fee is NOT refundable!

NOT INCLUDED: 23€ of deposit in cash for the hostel to bring with you, which will be returned at the end of the trip
