Incontro Culturale Erasmus with ESN Trieste!

Volete visitare le bellezze della città eterna e scoprire la storia di Roma? Volete divertirvi come mai prima d'ora? Volete vedere il Colosseo e lanciare una monetina nella Fontana di Trevi? Volete conoscere più di 2000 Erasmus provenienti da tutta Italia? Allora l'ICE è l'evento che stavate aspettando!

Ogni anno ESN Italia organizza l'ICE, cioè l'Incontro Culturale Erasmus, in cui vengono offerti 3 giorni di cultura e divertimento nella meravigliosa capitale italiana. A questo evento nazionale partecipano circa 2000 Erasmus provenienti da tutte e 50 le sezioni di ESN Italia!

PROGRAMMA: 
Partenza il venerdì 13 da Trieste (orario da definire, dovrebbe essere alle 7.00) arrivo a Roma (da vedere, alle 15.30 in teoria) e check in in hotel. Durante le giornate di venerdi e/o sabato ci saranno una VISITA GUIDATA della città e la visita dei MUSEI VATICANI, che contengono le più belle opere d'arte di sempre, assolutamente imperdibile!
Inoltre vi aspettano una cena con PIZZA E BIRRA e DUE FESTE A TEMA in una delle più famose discoteche di Roma! il ritorno è la domenica 15 con partenza da Roma per le 15 e arrivo a Trieste a mezzanotte.

La FEE è di €130 e include:
- 2 notti in hotel con prima colazione e tassa di soggiorno inclusa
- A/R in treno Intercity
- Visita ai musei vaticani 
- City tour con guida professionista
- Welcome Kit ( T-shirt e braccialetto) e maglietta
- Cena a base di pizza e birra illimitata

Do you want to enjoy the beauties of the Eternal City? Do you want to discover the history of Rome? Are you ready to have the time of your life? Do you want to visit the Colosseum and throw a coin in the Trevi fountain? Do you want to meet more than 2000 Erasmus from all over Italy? Then ICE is the event you were waiting for!

Every year ESN Italy organizes ICE, the Erasmus cultural meeting, with 3 days of culture and fun in the beautiful Italian capital. 2000 Erasmus from 50 different sections of ESN Italy will join this event!

THE PROGRAM:
Departure from Trieste Friday 13th of November around 7 am and arrival in Rome around 3 pm. 
On Friday and/or Saturday you will enjoy a GUIDED TOUR of the city and the visit of the VATICAN MUSEUMS, that contain the most beautiful artworks of all time, not to be missed! 
Moreover, we will enjoy a dinner with PIZZA AND BEER NO STOP and TWO THEME PARTIES in one of the most famous club in Rome!
The return to Trieste will be on Sunday 15th of November with the departure from Rome at 3 pm and the arrival in Trieste around midnight ='(

THE FEE is 130 euros and it INCLUDES:
- the train ticket
- 2 nights in hotel with breakfast and city tax included
- a dinner with pizza and beer 
- 2 entries for the THEME PARTIES 
- the visit of the VATICAN MUSEUMS
- the GUIDED TOUR of the city centre

The parties are a FLUO PARTY and FROZEN THEME!
For the FLUO PARTY YOU CAN ALSO BUY SOME GADGET, when you fill the form put the gadgets you want to buy and come and pay them at office!! You will find pictures and prices of the gadgets in the PDF document that we attach.
