Il momento tanto aspettato è arrivato, la WELCOME WEEK di ESN TRIESTE!! 

Di seguito quello che vi aspetterà:

:::::: LUNEDI 22 :::::

Ore 10.30 TECHNICAL MEETING – Università degli Studi di Trieste (Campus Piazzale Europa), Aula 1 A, Ed. H3
Il benvenuto formale dell'Università di Trieste è anche l'incontro più importante per capire come orientarsi nelle pratiche burocratiche del tuo Erasmus! 

Ore 12:00 TOUR CAMPUS – Università (Sede Centrale) 
ESN Trieste vi porta a scoprire gli edifici e le strutture del Campus Piazzale Europa dell'Università di Trieste. Saremo disponibili a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere anche le facoltà non presenti nel Campus centrale.

Ore 19:00 TANDEM NIGHT – Bar Costa (Viale XX Settembre, 24) 
Il lunedì sera è il momento dell’aperitivo Tandem al Bar Costa: diverse lingue da parlare, il tipico spritz, un ricco buffet e tante nuove persone da conoscere.

Ore 10:00 CITY TOUR – Piazza Oberdan 
ESN Trieste vi porta a scoprire un po’ la storia di questa città che dai tempi pre-romani ai giorni nostri ha tante cose da raccontare: un breve giro del centro storico alla scoperta delle bellezze della stupenda Trieste.

Ore 23:00 BE ERASMUS PARTY - Piazza Unità 
Il martedì sera a Trieste è targato “Be Erasmus Party” al Mandracchio, la discoteca in Piazza Unità. Sarà una serata all’insegna del divertimento in pieno stile Erasmus. Free entry fino a mezzanotte con il welcome pack e chupito di benvenuto in omaggio.

::: MERCOLEDI 24 :::

Ore 20:00 PIZZATA - Pizzeria Copacabana, Via del Teatro Romano, 24 
ESN Trieste vi propone di passare una serata tutti insieme in una delle migliori pizzerie della città a mangiare un’ottima pizza in compagnia! Birra media inclusa!

Ore 23:30 DISCO PARTY @ ROSSETTI – Viale XX Settembre 
Dopo la pizzata ci sposteremo tutti assieme al "Café Rossetti", il bar-ristorante del Teatro Rossetti, che la notte del mercoledì si trasforma in Discoteca per tutti gli universitari, dove con l'ingresso avremo diritto a 2 drink e il tavolo, per una serata all'insegna del puro divertimento!

Ore 19:30 APERITIVO CON I BUDDIES - Pub Borgo San Quirino (Via Armando Diaz, 3/B) 
Ci godremo un tipico aperitivo alla triestina insieme ai vostri buddies. Special guest: lo spritz! (2 drink INCLUSI + buffet)

Ore 15:30 TORNEI SPORTIVI – Meeting point Piazza Goldoni
Non poteva di certo mancare lo sport!! ESN ti offre la possibilità di passare una giornata con altri studenti Erasmus e con noi ESNers, giocando a calcio, basket e pallavolo! Portate DUE BIGLIETTI per l'autobus. Visto che giocheremo all'aperto, in caso di mal tempo l'evento potrebbe essere annullato e rinviato.

Ore 23:00 SMART FRIDAY PARTY @ Mandracchio
Per concludere in bellezza la Welcome Week e iniziare alla grande il weekend, vi aspettiamo a ballare in una delle discoteche più conosciute di Trieste, il Mandracchio, a soli 2 passi da Piazza Unità! Ingresso gratuito per i possessori di ESN Card fino alle 00.00, SIATE PUNTUALI!

Ore 9:45 VIAGGIO A BLED – Meeting point Piazza Oberdan
Con l'inizio del secondo semestre ESN Trieste vi propone già un nuovo stupendo viaggio alla scoperta del territorio sloveno. Questa volta la meta è il lago di Bled, uno dei luoghi più suggestivi e romantici della Slovenia. Arrivati a Bled visiteremo il lago e dopo andremo a rilassarci alle terme! La partenza è prevista alle ore 9:45 e il ritorno alle 20:30 circa.

::: DOMENICA 28 :::

Ore 14:00 VISITA AL CASTELLO DI MIRAMARE – Piazza Oberdan 
Vi porteremo a visitare il bellissimo Castello di Miramare e il suo parco. E’ uno dei simboli della città e fu voluto, attorno alla metà dell’Ottocento, dall’arciduca Massimiliano d’Asburgo per abitarvi insieme alla consorte Carlotta del Belgio. Portate DUE BIGLIETTI per il bus.

Potete passare ad iscrivervi nel nostro Ufficio ESN (Edificio principale dell'Università, ala destra, 2° piano), da lunedì 22 a venerdì 26 settembre con i seguenti orari: 10.00-12.00 / 15.00-17.00.
Dal 29 settembre in poi saremo aperti dal lunedì al giovedì ore 15.00-17.00.

The moment long awaited has arrived: ESN TRIESTE WELCOME WEEK!!
Here you can find all the activities of the week:

::: MONDAY 22nd :::

10:30am TECHNICAL MEETING – University of Trieste (Campus of Piazzale Europa) The University of Trieste welcomes all of you with this meeting, in which you’ll be provided of all useful official informations in order to fully deal with your Erasmus. Any doubts on how to fill up an application? Come to the technical meeting! The staff of Mobilità internazionale office are going to be there to help you complete your learning agreement and to answer all you technical doubts.

Right after the Technical Meeting CAMPUS TOUR
ESN brings you around the main university campus in Piazzale Europa of the University of Trieste. 
We will be there to answer all your question and to explain where the other buildings or facilities are.

7:00pm TANDEM NIGHT – Bar Costa (Viale XX 
Settembre,24) 
If you want to meet a lot of new people from all over the world join us on Monday night at the Bar Costa for our Tandem Night! Speak different languages while tasting the typical spritz and a well-stocked buffet!

::: TUERSDAY 23rd :::

10:00am CITY TOUR – Piazza Oberdan
ESN Trieste will show you the historical and cultural side of Trieste with an interesting tour through the roman and medieval past of the city.

11:00pm BE ERASMUS PARTY – Discoteca Mandracchio, 
After the city tour, ESN will bring you in the club who call us every tuersday, very closed to Piazza Unità. Free entry with the pack 1 and one shot included.

::: WEDNESDAY 24th :::

8:00pm PIZZATA – Pizzeria Copacabana, Via del Teatro Romano 24 
All together in one of the best pizzerias in Trieste: you’re going to experience good food and even better company! Pizza and medium beer included!

11:00pm DISCO PARTY @ Caffè Rossetti - Largo Giorgio Gaber, 2
After the pizzata we’re all going to the “Café Rossetti”, the bar-restaurant of the Theater Rossetti, that during night time becomes a club for all students, where with the entrance you’re going to have two drinks for free and a good night of fun!

::: THURSDAY 25th :::

7:30pm HAPPY HOUR WITH YOUR BUDDIES – Pub Borgo San Quirino , Via Armando Diaz, 3/B 
Come and join our typical happy hour with your buddies. Special guest: spritz! (2 drinks and buffet included)

3:30pm SPORT TOURNAMENTS – Meeting point Piazza Goldoni
And after all these parties why don't you take break and come with us to do some sport?
ESN Trieste offers you the chance to play basketball, volleyball and soccer all together!

11:00pm SMART FRIDAY PARTY @ Mandracchio
To end this welcome week in an even better way and to start the weekend, we’re all waiting for you come and have fun in one of the most known club in Trieste, Mandracchio, just two step away from piazza Unità! Free entry before 00:00 for those who have the ESN Card!! DON’T BE LATE!!

::: SATURDAY 27th :::

9:45am TRIP TO BLED – Meeting point Piazza Oberdan
he semester has just begun and ESN Trieste has already organized for you a great trip in order to discover Slovenia. This time we’ll visit the Bled Lake, one of the most suggestive and romantic Slovene landscapes. We’ll visit the lake and then we’ll spend a relaxing afternoon at the thermal center. ::: SUNDAY 28th :::

2.00 pm VISIT TO THE CASTLE OF MIRAMARE – Piazza Oberdan
Join us and visit the amazing Castle of Miramare and its parc. This symbol of Trieste was built in the XIX century by order of the archduke Massimiliano d’Asburgo in order to live there with his wife Carlotta of Belgium. Bring 2 bus TICKETS with you!
