Trip to Cividale with ESN Trieste

Ragazzi questa volta ESN Trieste vi porta a scoprire Cividale.
Paese che non in molti conoscono ma che ha una grande storia: partendo dalla sua fondazione ad opera dei romani, passando per essere la capitale del Friuli del Regno Longobardo, fino ad essere un punto strategico nel primo e secondo conflitto mondiale. A questo si aggiunge il suggestivo ponte sul Natisone, che la leggenda vuole essere costruito con l’aiuto del Diavolo.

PROGRAMMA:
- Partenza ore 9 da Piazza Oberdan
- Arrivo stimato alle ore 11:30 e si partirà con il tour guidato della città e la visita ai luoghi più interessanti
- Ore 13:00 pranzo (al sacco o presso un ristorante convenzionato) 
- Ore 14 e 30 continua la scoperta della città con la visita ai più importanti musei che Cividale ha da offrire.

La FEE è di SOLI 8 euro e comprende:
- Trasporto andata/ritorno in autobus privato
- Visita al museo cristiano, tempietto longobardo e museo archeologico nazionale

Con ULTERIORI 12 euro vi è la possibilità di avere un tipico pranzo friulano.

Dovrete venire a pagare la fee di partecipazione ENTRO E NON OLTRE MARTEDì 26 APRILE (il posto verrà confermato SOLO al pagamento della fee) nel nostro ufficio aperto dal lunedi al giovedi dalle 15 alle 17 (Piazzale Europa 1, edificio centrale, ala destra, secondo piano, st. 246).

Discover Cividale with ESN Trieste!.
Although Cividale is unknown to most of the people, it is a remarkable ancient site. Starting from its foundation as a Roman city, Cividale has played a significant role in the Italian history. It was the chief town of the region “Friuli” during the Lombards’ domination and a strategically located military base during the first and the second World War. What is more, the town boasts a picturesque bridge on the river Natisone. Legend has it, the Devi had a hand in the construction of the bridge.

PROGRAM:
- The meeting point is Piazza Oberdan, departure is at 9 a.m.
- Arrival is approximately at 11.30am and a guided tour will take you to the main places of interest. 
- 1 p.m.: time for lunch! You can bring your own packed lunch or have a typical meal from Friuli in one of the local restaurants, which has an arrangement with ESN TRIESTE
- At 2.30 p.m. the guided tour will continue and you will have the chance to visit the most important museums in Cividale: the Christian Museum, the Lombard Temple and the National Archeological Museum.

ESN TRIESTE offers you the special price of 8€, which includes:
- Transport (private bus)
- Museums 
- Guided tour 

If you want to have a typical lunch of the region at restaurant costs 12 €.
