Soprattutto se ancora una volta volete convincere i vostri amici erasmus che il vostro Paese è in assoluto quello in cui si mangia (o si beve!) meglio

Who doesn’t love a good picnic with all sorts of international dishes from Europe and beyond?

Whether you’re hopeless romantics looking for the perfect view or you want to spend a fun Sunday evening chillin’, eating and drinking in front of the sea with the best company, this is the event for you! Especially if, once again, you want to prove to your Erasmus friends that your country is the one with the best food (and drinks!) 
So, what do you have to do? Fill in the form and… let’s get cooking!
(We highly recommend choosing picnic-suitable dishes, nothing too elaborate and possibly something that doesn’t require cutlery! If you bring something to drink, please avoid glass )

54 sezioni ESN da tutta Italia, 4000 Erasmus in un meraviglioso resort sul mare per 4 giorni e 3 notti di pura follia!

In un villaggio sulla costa della Toscana che è stato messo a disposizione esclusivamente per gli Erasmus da tutta Italia!

-QUANDO?
Dal 3 al 6 maggio 2018!

La FEE è di 170 € e include:
→ 3 notti in appartamento (max 4/5 persone ciascuno) 
→ viaggio in pullman andata e ritorno 
→ welcome pack (gadgets)
→ 3 FESTE IN SPIAGGIA O IN PISCINA E 3 FESTE SERALI 

La FEE NON comprende:

-Venerdì: gita a BARATTI & POPULONIA (opzionale)
Sono due piccole e antiche città costiere.

-Sabato: gita a VOLTERRA (opzionale)

The moment we were all waiting for has finally arrived… the 2018 NATIONAL EVENT!!!
54 ESN sections from all over Italy with 4000 Erasmus students in a wonderful resort facing the sea, for 4 days and 3 nights of sheer insanity!

-WHERE?

In a village on the Tuscany coast, which was made available exclusively for the Erasmus students from all over Italy!

-WHEN?

From the 3rd to the 6th of May!

-HOW MUCH?

The participation FEE is 170€ and it includes:
- 3 nights in an apartment (maximum of 4/5 people each)
- Journey by bus (going and coming back)
- Welcome pack (gadgets)
- 3 PARTIES ON THE BEACH OR IN SWIMMING POOL AND 3 NIGHT PARTIES

The FEE DOES NOT include:

-Friday: trip to BARATTI & POPULONIA (optional).
They are two small and ancient coastal cities.
Price: 10,00€ + deposit (10,00€ which will be given back to you only if you show up).

-Saturday: trip to VOLTERRA (optional).
It’s a historical Etruscan locality.
Price: 10,00€ + deposit (10,00€ which will be given back to you only if you show up).

Your "Be Erasmus" Tuesday nights at Mandracchio will never get as memorable as this one!
Why?
Because this time thanks to ESN Trieste you will be able to bring back home a wonderful token of your Erasmus, and it will always remind you of the great time you are having in Trieste and all the amazing people you have met! 
But how does it work?
Easy. You just have to wear a white (or a light-colored) t-shirt, we bring the permanent markers! Leave your most heartfelt, idiotic or funny messages on your friends’ t-shirts and let them leave a mark on yours as well.

Cari Erasmus, siete stanchi della bora e di tutto questo freddo? Stufi delle solite feste in discoteca? Vorreste fosse già estate per tuffarvi a mare? Cercate una buona scusa per una sana e meritata pausa dallo studio? Non preoccupatevi, abbiamo quello che fa per voi! Venerdì 9 marzo si terrà la prima edizione milanese dell'ESN SWIM BREAK! Studenti Erasmus, provenienti da tutta Italia, si riuniranno a Milano per un pool party senza paragoni, nel più grande parco acquatico al coperto d'Italia! 1.000 Erasmus, 1.100 metri di acquascivoli, 1.000.000 di bolle delle vasche idromassaggio, 34°C in acqua, 105 decibel da ballare, 2 DRINK OMAGGIO, 1 festa indimenticabile.
Quanto costa? 
• 55€ PULLMAN + POOL PARTY (2 drink inclusi)
Si partirà alle 8:30 da Piazza Oberdan e si arriverà alle 15:00 a Milano (portatevi pranzo al sacco). Ci sarà un tour della città. Andremo in pullman all’aquaworld alle 20:00. Pool party dalle 20:30 alle 02:00 e alla fine della festa ritorno in pullman a Trieste

Dear Erasmus, have you had enough of the Bora and this cold winter? Are you tired of the same old and little clubs? Can't you wait for the summer to arrive? Would you like diving into the hot water? Are you looking for a break from studying? Don't worry… We have exactly what you need! The first edition of the ESN SWIM BREAK will take place on 9th March 2017! Erasmus students, coming from many Italian ESN sections, will gather for a pool party without parallel in Erasmus history, in the biggest Italian indoor water park! 1.000 Erasmus, 1.100m of slides, 1.000.000 bobbles of the hydro-massage pools, 34°C into the water, 105 db to dance, 2 FREE DRINKS, 1 unforgettable party.
Price? 
• 55€ BUS + POOL PARTY (2 drinks included)
We'll leave at 8:30 am in the morning from Piazza Oberdan and at 3:00 pm we’ll arrive to Milan (bring packed lunch). We’ll have a city tour. We’ll go by bus to the aquaworld at 8:00 pm and the pool party will be from 8:30 pm to 2:00 am and then we’ll go back by bus to Trieste

The idea is to give a present (that costs less than 5€) to someone else, without knowing who it is in advance! - every person bringing a gift will be given one back!!

♦ How does it work ? ♦
From 9.00 pm to 10.30 pm, come to the ESN staff: we will take your gift and give you a number.
At 10.30 pm: sorting of the numbers! 
Every participant gets a gift :)
While we wait for your Secret Santa we will entertain ourselves with games where you’ll be able to show everybody how much you know about Christmas!!
